I have approx 50m^2 across three bedrooms and a hallway of carpeted tongue and groove rimu floorboards in an apartment in the city. The floorboards are about 90 years old and are held in place with wooden dowels. They have become squeaky and I am looking for someone to desqueak them with a product like "Squeeeeek No More". I'm really just looking for advice at this point. I would like someone who has experience in this area to have a look and advise what can be done. Please note I am renting this apartment and have the okay from the landlord to have someone look at the floors.
