I received 3 quotes for the job. Kevin's was not the cheapest (middle of the 3), but he gave me most confidence. He sent me a photo of his previous similar work. He kept me informed about start date, and came when he said he would. He removed the waste from the old deck and left everything tidy. I am happy with the work done.
