Coffee table legs shortened

Hi, I have a wooden coffee table that I'd like to get the legs shortened. There are 4 solid wood legs that are attached to the table top so need someone who will be able to cut them and sand them with the table top on. The table is painted black. I live in an apartment but can arrange for a backyard if needed. Weekends work best. Thank you
