Balcony upgrade
Job description
A square balcony in an apartment, approximately 9 sq metres. The scope of work includes removing the current wooden "floor", making sure that there is a waterproof layer (applying one if non-existent), profiling the surface so that the water flows to the gutter, installing new floor. Preferable timeframe - before winter.

Calum did an awesome job with our balcony. Everything was done to schedule and on budget. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated due to the shape of the balcony but this was not a problem for Calum who found the right solution. He was also able to work efficiently within our apartment which wasn't easy with all the equipment. I would highly recommend.
