Entrance Deck

We need a deck built to connect a new driveway with the existing entrance ramp - see photo. Deck will be approximately 3m*1.5m and probably include a step down to the driveway. It will be pine tread decking to match the ramp. The builder will need to be able to work with the concrete team to ensure the deck integrates well with the new drive and the existing entrance ramp. There will need to be some flexibility as the design might not be finalised until the driveway is boxed up and the respective heights, etc are known. Detail for the photo - the concrete leading up to the deck will be removed so the deck will need its own support posts. The deck will be above the height of the gully trap (ie. go over the top of the trap) and so will need to include a 'trap-door' of some sort to give access to the gully trap. The deck will be wider than the ramp but exact size is to be determined. We are likely to be doing this early April but it could be earlier once concreting details are finalised.
