Water damaged laundry wall.

It’s been like this a while, but now that the house is being readied for sale, it’s time to fix the problem and repair the damage. A couple of notable points. The electrician is concerned about water and rodents getting through the small electrical box on the external wall. Also on close inspection, the roofing material looks to be unfixed to the side of the external wall. Aside from this main job, there are a few general handy man jobs, including strengthening and fixing the front door step. (We had a digger in the house!!) I’m keen for this work to begin on the 21st of this month.
