Job description
We have a 1910's villa that needs some small repairs - two outside window sills need replacing, a few boards replaced etc.

Didn't finish the job and got a narcy message back saying he had cancelled the part he ordered because I didn't give him a perfect score. I had paid his bill the same day I received it and he had promised to return to finish it. The score was fair - job was done quickly with good comms, but workmanship was not perfect and needs some finishing around the lintels replaced. Nice enough guy, but copped the attitude at the end which was disappointing. Can add some photos if needed.

"I was only paid for hours i worked and on a charge up basis and no promise was ever made. Mark has poor communication skills and reveiwed me before job was finished,..I declined extra work politely, which still upset mark, I wish him the best, replaced lintels mentioned needed a paint, my workmanship was good."
