Ceiling access repair

We had a water leak from a pipe while Chorus was installing UFB. This damaged the hinged square particle board panel covering access to ceiling space. Replace panel and finish with paint to match ceiling. Perfect paint match not critical. Minor repair to ceiling cracks next to manhole. Suspended curtain rail to come down. Will need touch up to paint when fitting removed. Separate job to install U-shaped suspended curtain rail in same room.
