Job description
Inner city apartment with reasonable access, direct from City Road, Akld Central. Owner taking possession of apartment wednes 17/4 /19. Wanting to organise a brief site viewing with any interested tradesmen before easter break, if possible. Job involves building a floor to ceiling timber-framed wall, with door frame, lining both sides and installing a door. Exact dimensions to be confirmed once owner has access. Walls to be gibbed or other lining options considered. Painting not included. Owner has already obtained paint to match the existing walls. Photographs and measurements to be added on 17/4/19 once owner has keys.

I needed this job done quickly while my rental apartment was empty... Lane was very flexible and able to discuss timing to suit both of us ... the job was completed rapidly and to a good standard. All waste was removed ... carpet was protected by drop sheets and vacuumed. well done thanks.
