LBP - RBW Opening up a Structural Timber Wall

We are removing half a structural wall that sits between our Kitchen and Living room in our 1960s timber framed bungalow. New wall framing including lintels will be required to support the masonry tile roof. As an architectural designer I have completed drawings and detailing for council. We need a Licensed Building Practitioner who can help us sign off the Restricted Building Work and provide a Certificate of Design Work with the application to get the project underway. That person should carry out the work an help until completion. We are flexible on time, but would prefer to deal with 1 person who can help us along the way.
