We have a lino floor which has developed a soft round patch about a metre wide in one place. In another patch the floor at the corner of the building is sinking down and is bouncy about 5cm in an area 1.5m by 2.5m. We need these areas temp patched to make safe and an understanding of the wider cause if needed. The house had piling done in --- following a temporary floor patch in 2008. Not sure if the issue has returned or if it’s something else. I have the old engineering report. It’s a childcare centre so we need it to be safe for the children ASAP please.
