Either replace door or remove door and put weather board over it. The door is redundant. Can see day light through it so have to do something about it. Also have two old wooden window frames that need the hinges replaced. The painter has sanded back and said they are in need of desperate repair or he can just seal shut and paint over. I would definitely prefer to keep them operational. We have new tentants moving in on the 10th of March and would like the jobs completed before then. I am going to measure up the door today and see what size it is to see if I can find a secondhand door to replace or if you have contacts and you can do that for me then bonus.
