Mantelpiece and odd jobs

In need of a carpenter with an eye for detail to put on a mantelpiece around the fire place. Mantelpiece needs cutting to size with 4 Angel cuts. I have attached picture of fire place. Mantel will sit on top of bricks. Unsure what is the best way to attach mantel piece is Also needing help with odd jobs such as windows not closing properly, picture and towel rails hung.
