Remove wall Ashburton

Have a wall I'm wanting to remove to widen doorway. There is a picture rail running around the top third of the room which I want to leave intact so just need wall removed to the door/picture rail height.(see pics) Have no idea if loaded bearing or not but hoping not as supporting roof beams etc will stay.. :)
