Pantry door driving us nuts!

We need to get our pantry door sorted. It keeps sagging and even after replacing hinges and readjusting many times it just keeps sagging! We have not long ago got new flooring and it's starting to scratch it. Have resorted to taking off door. Can someone please help us! The main fault is in it's orginal design. There needs to be an extra bit of board inserted in a gap so that then the hinges can have long screws in them. At the moment they are very short. We are home most of the time.
