Install attic ladder

Hello I have an attic ladder (Selwood R28 2.2 to 2.8m, opening --- ) that I need to be installed. We'd like the ladder to be put in the sun porch, where the ceiling height is 2.2m; the ceiling in the rest of the house is 2.6m. We don't have any strict timelines for this work.
