Poor panel fit beneath dishwasher + panel/gib gaps

1) A cabinet panel under the dishwasher doesn't fit properly, leaves gap behind panels exposed (potentially letting in mice), and blocks dishwasher door. One of the dishwasher legs may be faulty too (unsure), adding to the problem. See photos. 2) Gaps/open areas in sides and top of wardrobe and under sink need to be boarded up/filled in. Not sure how much this will cost. Would like this fixed ASAP .
