Install of cabinetry and benchtop into laundry

We have a separate washer and dryer (both 600mm) and tub (roughly 500mm) sitting across an 1800mm alcove in our garage (image supplied). We would like to remove the standing tub and cabinet and put a bench over the top, insert a tub through the bench on the right hand side and install a cabinet underneath it. We will supply all the materials (bench/tub/cabinetry).
