Laundry cabinet/shelf to hold heat pump dryer

We need a cabinet maker to build a shelf or cabinet in our laundry above the front loader washing machine to sit our heatpump condenser dryer on so it must be very strong and mounted to floor and wall ideally. Also need a couple extra shelves in storage cupboard. Really would like this done before xmas please.
