Flood damaged pantry repair

We require a builder/cabinetmaker to repair damage caused by a flood (roof leak) to the walls and floor of a built in pantry. The pantry is currently framed with solid wood and lined with thick MDF board which has swelled and causes the door to jam. The giboard on the ceiling and wall will need to be assessed and possibly replaced also. The property is currently occupied by tenants. Job to be completed asap .
