Options for repairing/replacing bathroom vanity

one side of the cabinets are getting rotten due to gradual water damage. just wondering what would be the best option to get it fixed. i.e replace the rotten wood or the whole vanity to wall hang? looking at cheaper options really - it is for rental. thanks
