Shorten cabinet, mount dryer in wall, vent dryer and rangehood outside

I need a few things done in the kitchen. The cabinet above the fridge needs to be shortened to let the fridge fit in the space for it. The clothes dryer needs to be mounted on the wall above the washing machine and both the dryer and the range hood need to be vented out into the ceiling and out the eves. I also need to know what I would need to buy so you can complete this work.
