Golden Bay kitchen cabinets

We want to take out one corner kitchen cabinet and replace it with some shelving, plus build a new cabinet in a different corner, making good any consequential damage. Existing cabinets are plain white and so the new work needs to be matched. The kitchen is in our bach, so timing is not critical and the quality needs to be good in that context (ie good enough, not gold plated). Should be relatively straightforward, with the only minor complication being that corner is not a typical right-angle - more like 150 degrees.
