Floating Shelves in Fireplace recesses

We would like to have custom floating shelves done inside the recesses on either side of our fireplace (in the photo, this is currently where the wardrobe and chest of drawers are sitting). Preferably true floating shelves where the support is internal and not at all visible (Like the non-custom ones you can buy.) One recess is 270H x 42.5D x 104.5W, and the other is 270H x 39.5D x 102W. Probably 5 or 6 shelves in each space. We'd be possibly looking at additional shelving solutions elsewhere as well.
