Build a butchers block

A butchers block to fit in a space 100cm width, 92 cm height 42 cm depth. Desire a fold out attachment which extends the depth to approx 75 cm. must have cupboards and maybe a drawer in it also. No specific wood type desired. Must be able to be rolled ie on wheels but also have wheel locks.
