Kitchen cabinet alteration

I've just moved into a new house and my fridge fits inside the opening, but it can't be opened when in the recess because the doors hit on the architrave. I'm wanting to reduce the width of the kitchen pantry to widen the opening enough for the fridge to open freely (probably 50mm or so?). Overhead cupboards will also need to be adjusted.
