Cabinet installation repair

We have a small job of needing some cupboard doors repaired and fixed correctly onto the front of our cabinet under the sink. The initial installers fitted the soft close hinges on to high, that they get in the way of the sink and therefore we cant clip the door on. We have the doors, the handles, and and the hinges are already attached incorrectly to the inside of the doors currently and the inside of the cabinet.
