Laundry cupboard

We need a custom laundry cabinet as follows: 1000mm tall, 1200mm wide and 500mm deep with three cupboard doors, the left two opening to the middle and the right door hinged on the left. Laminated MDF finish in a matt white. No shelves are required. Please include price to install on an easily accessible wall in Forrest Hill as an option. Cupboard to hold some towels and sheets so no great weight to be held in it.
