Bathroom Cabinet Repair

This MDF type bathroom cabinet has suffered some water damage. The picture shows how swollen it is. The simple answer might be to rip the whole thing out and put a new one in. That seems a shame. It could be rescued if the horizontal front panel just in front of the basins, could be cut out and replaced. There are no nuts and bolts to take this panel out and it is probable glued on. I would be interested if someone can come up with a cost effective repair that makes it look good again.

Very high quality work. I had two MDF bathroom cabinets repaired. Both were water damaged through excessive moisture and water drips etc. I considered sanding and filling but settled on replacing affected panels.
