Paddle repairs

I have a number of Waka Ama paddles that are to long. Id like handles cut of and length cut down and shaft end thinned down so handles can be reattached. Best on a lathe i think which i don't have. Dozen paddles. I normally do most repairs alterations but in between houses and not all gear available. Thankyou
