Fit dryer in laundry

Small cabinetry job need someone who is good with cabinet making, keen eye for detail and tidy. Basically additional space is required to fit a dryer. Potentially about 4 cm is lacking and will need to cut some of the panel so it can be shifted towards the sink to allow space for a dryer. Open to better suggestions from an experienced cabinet maker who may see a better way to do it.
