Hi there We are considering the purchase of a character property in Mayfield. It was built in 1910 and the kitchen and bathroom are very small. There is a lot of wasted space at the back of the house, as there is an outdoor laundry/washroom and what used to be a second toilet. If we bought the property we would look to push out the back wall of the house to accommodate an expanded bathroom and kitchen. What we would really like is a quote for the above work. It can a basic estimate at this stage - as if the figures work we will put in an offer on the property and then ask for a more detailed quote from you.
