Fix a poorly executed job

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHETHER ANY OF THESE ARE MAJOR ISSUES PLEASE (PHOTOS ATTACHED). I'm not a kitchen installer so I don't know if these are major mistakes or not. Looking for someone to fix problems from a recent install. Issues include: - base cabinets not level - benchtop not level - space for freestanding oven is too small (570mm gap when oven is 600mm) - space for freestanding oven is not aligned to the rangehood - Multiple drill holes attempting to screw finishing panel to cabinet. I'm not looking for a cheap price, I'm just looking for someone who is able to remedy these issues and someone to tell me if these are Major or not.
