Custom made kitchen cabinet

I have recently had a water leak repaired in my kitchen, and in order to access the leaking pipe the plumber had to remove my kitchen utensil drawers (4), which are now mostly water damaged. This is an opportunity to have a custom made cabinet with drawers (and/or a cavity for a basket or 2) made for the kitchen. I would like a tradesman who is interested and takes pride in cabinetry as my home is very French provincial. I have no time frame. The cavity is currently drying out and the back area next to the exterior wall will also require re-gibbing - however I do have someone else who is able to do this work. And the floor area also requires repair. The area is 40cm wide (1 foot 4 inches) 86cm high (2 foot 9 inches) and 60cm deep (2 foot) Thank you
