Bathroom cabinetry

We are getting a new vanity and want an additional cabinet built in the space that will occur. This will be an open cabinet so no door, but one shelf or 't' shaped to make 4 spaces, probably bath height. We also want to fill in the gap at the end of the bath (photo attached). This will need a front and top only. These will need to be waterproof as in bathroom and one or both will need a melamine top.
