Raukawa Kitchen Cupboard

The cupboard right below the sink appears to have had a leak at some point and has a very musty unpleasant smell. While it appears this cupboard is a separate unit it does have the sink above it, a dishdraw each side and a concrete benchtop the sink is fitted into. If it is possible id like the cupboard unit replaced. I understand there may be a wait due to the time of year. I dont think there is a leak at present. Pic shows bench and sink. None of cupboard as yet.
