Reinforce wobbly shelves

Four shelves in a kitchen cupboard are wobbly, need a reinforcing support at the front middle - could be done with a timber or a steel strip. Small job but needs to be carried out neatly & effectively. We'll hafta remove all the dinner plates & stuff stored prior to the work.
