Replace bench, remove some cabinetry & build an island

Hi, Partial kitchen renovation, to accommodate a large fridge into the kitchen - its been sitting in the middle of the floor for years. We want to remove the kitchen peninsula and build an island. This will create a gap against the wall big enough for the large fridge. Plumb in the fridge, and replace the gas hob with electric. Replace the rest of the kitchen bench. Floor is tiles - will be a patch job rather than replacing all the floor. Replace the existing sink with a bigger one. Planning on using Kaboodle cabinetry from Bunnings, so would prefer someone with experience in building these cabinets.
