2 inbuilt wardrobes- suit builder with some joinery experience #2

Hi, we need 2 old inbuilt wardrobes replacing. They will need to be built on site as they are in an unlevel villa bedroom. We want to use inexpensive materials like ply for the back, sides and 2 shelves and rimu or similar for the exterior front trim (also happy to use recycled timbers). We have retro, etched glass doors we want to upcycle. The previous wardrobes had been gibbed around, leaving the inside of the wardrobes made of scrim, this is what we want to fix. I have demolished 1 wardrobe but left one so you can see what we have had previously. We want the new wardrobe to look good but we don't want any O.T.T. quotes like a recent one we received for over $3300 per wardrobe. It could suit a builder with joinery experience. We have experience with reno but do not have the tools or time to execute the job ourselves. We would like it completed asap.
