Cut to size Kitchen panels

Hi, I would require the following job : - cut to size 18mm birch plywood sheets (If you can source it yourself from ITM that would be ideal but I can bring it myself otherwise) - cut to size MDF shelves (provided) - Source and cut to size Glass for glass doors. I also have a 30mm American ash bench top and I would request the following: - Cut a hole for an undermounted sink - Drill a hole for a tap. I have attached some drawings for the elements to cut to size.
