Building & installation of a small laundry unit

Are you a kitchen cabinet maker interested in doing a small job? My laundry is located in my front entrance - so I'm trying to have a new unit built to make it look a bit tidier. I fell in love with the unit at Mitre 10 (included in photos below) but seems expensive for what it is? Maybe I'm unrealistic! I could buy that and have it installed but if I'm paying that much - I thought I'd try and see if I can get what I really want instead of 2 drawers. Ideally I want sink still (it doesn't need to be as big) in the same place but I'd love to have a concealed hamper unit install also. It would have to be one that isn't the full height of the unit to allow room for the sink (see photos) - I've found places that do laundry hamper units cheaper than mitre 10 , but you may have places you can get cheaper too ? Open to some suggestions Then with remaining space I'd love either a small cupboard or - it could be 2 small drawers? I'm not sure what is possible. I'm happy with white fronts - and the mitre 10 unit has quartz - I'm not too worried about that. I'm thinking at 1.3m someone might have an offcut of something somewhere? that might suit. I'm not too worried about color (without reason!!) I've drawn something similar to what I'd like - not to scale but you get the idea. Get in touch if you want to quote - or tell me I'm dreaming?
