Custom - Inbuilt shelves and desk

Hey team - I have a random, niche job I have been putting off for 2 years & I want to get this done finally. I have a blank wall in my townhouse where I would love to have a custom desk and shelves unit built in. It's a bit of a niggly space with the electrical panel being on the wall and the plug outlet also being quite close to the right wall. My house has metal studs/framing. Have attached some ideas of what this could look like and an estimation of the space but am really open to final design and configuration as long as I can have a desk and high shelving. A quote range would also be great to start with if possible from my average drawings haha! Thanks in advance.

Matt was amazing and brought my vision exactly to life. Was presented with multiple options, and was able to incorporate timber I already have to match other furniture in my house. Great care for detail, communication, and stunning end product! Will recommend to anyone and everyone.
