Build a large wardrobe from scratch

Hi there, we need someone to build us a wardrobe. We want it to take up an entire wall that is 2.98 wide & go to the roof which is 3.63 m high. Ideally we'd have additional storage up top. Approximately 3.63 h x .960 deep x 2.98 wide. If there is someone who can supply and insert the shelving etc that would be great, otherwise happy if you can point us in the eight direction & we get the internal stuff & then you install.
