Replace boards for sink cabinet

The MDF boards of the inner cabinet under the sink got soaked with water from some leak and want to replace them. There are 3-4 boards than need replaced. To replace them would also mean to do some plumbing work by disconnecting the sink pipes. Bottom board has some holes though which the pipes are going up. Please see pictures
