Vanity replacement and gib replacement

There is a old vanity cabinet that has water damage to it because it wasn't sealed to the wall and water had run down between them. The gib beside the vanity is also damaged. We will need a new vanity and to replace the gib on the wall beside. Preferable if the job could be done after 22nd of November because tenants will be gone during the day for easy access. Vanity is 600mm wide, 470mm deep.
