Shelving and patch up work in Cupboard space.

We have recently removed an electric water heater from a cupboard and now would like to put in shelving and box in the pipes that remain there. There are a few holes in the wall where some patch up work is also required. We have some leftover floorboards that could also be cut to size to line the floor of the cupboard. It is a single cupboard and we would like to do this rather urgently if possible.
