Construct bathroom vanity

As part of a bathroom renovation we would like to make a bathroom vanity measuring 1100 x 500 x 40mm with a laminated macrocarpa bench top (supplied unvarnished - see photo below) and a porcelain basin (also supplied). Would like the drawers/cupboards of the vanity to be white and hence this could be sourced as a separate standard size from a bathroom supplier (or supplied by cabinetmaker). Cabinetmaker would need to waterproof/varnish macrocarpa, attach to vanity drawers/cupboards and drill holes for plumbing. We are sourcing the macrocarpa from Cypress Sawmills.
