We are seeing if it’s possible to drill a hole in this table for an umbrella. 5cm hole and it’s 2m deep. It’s powder coated aluminium,
Attached photos. Is this possible? Could anyone do before Christmas?

Drill dead centre of the table
• Use a step drill bit (cleaner cut in aluminium)
• Add a stainless steel or plastic grommet
• Seal edges with a marine-grade clear sealant
