Deck/Garage Roof Replacement

Attached to our house is a concrete block garage, the roof of which forms a deck off the side of the house. The deck/roof is 6m x 3.5 m and clad with fibre cement sheeting. The cladding is not water tight and many of the floor joists (200x50) have rot. We want to replace the deck to make it safe and to make a water tight roof for the garage below. NB this is not a leaky building issue - just an older roof deck that was never properly sealed.

Caravan Hard Awning Repairs

We have a caravan with a hard awning that is permanently sited in Mangawhai Heads and have found it has 3 leaks, One in the join between the van and awning, one by the ranch slider - needs more flashing (or something) and one other, near the bottom of the awning between the van and awing. Concrete driveway and parking area.

The driveway of our rental is due for an upgrade. It has always been loose metal and a real pain as the drive kicks up to the road, and loose metal builds up in a pile as the rain washes it down. As I am in Christchurch and don't have accurate measurements, a guestimation of area would be about 85m2. FLOORING 1) - Particle Board to be replaced. URGENT Size is approx 1-2sqm. Slow leak inside front door has deteriorated particle board. Insurance assessor has indicated it's a simple job, just not covered by insurance! Urgent, as starting to sink and don't want tenant to go through it.
