Job description
I would need quotes for the following jobs and possibly broken down for each item: Make a study room in the living area Close door of storage in the garage and demolition of the storage in the kitchen Opening a door in the living room to access master bedroom and building a wardrobe in the master bedroom Closing the door to the master bedroom in the hallway Convert a window to a door. See plan attached with some notes. Thanks

Works were done very slowly as more than 60% of the contract was charged hourly. Long morning teas then, long breaks. So many concerns about installing a benchtop, I had to call all the neighbours as the contractor was postponing the benchtop installation every single day, I had to push him very strongly to install it on time. Very bad in details for installing a kitchen, as it was not probably his expertise as he is more a drywall builder. Walls were perfect though.
